Customers:

MTRESAIL promotes customers to reach larger and diverse sellers on their portal.

MTRESAIL only promotes the sellers to reach out wider customers and it does not control their inventory or availability.

Customers can choose "your location" and "Shop location" accordingly to place their orders for interested sellers and their offering product catalogue.

MTRESAIL does provide two payment options one through OFFLINE CashPayment and other through PayTm online payment gateway.


CashPayment gateway:

It does provide following options and theory of operation to customer to do payments,

NOT-PAID: Customers can choose this option for self-pickup and visit the shop with a planned time and pay the amount in cash and pick up the order there itself. Customer must ensure order is Fully Charged and fulfilled.

PAID-CASH: Customers can choose this option for self-pickup when he is at the shop and pay the amount in cash and pickup the order there itself. Customer must ensure order is Fully Charged and fulfilled.


Paid by QR Code using paytm/phonepe/googlepay phone apps:

Customers can choose this app as for following


Customers can choose this option for self-pickup and pay the amount through phone to phone app which is an OFFLINE payment method.

Customer can visit the shop with a planned time after payment and pick up the order there itself. Customer must ensure order is Fully Charged and fulfilled. For faster pickup it is advised to make payment and ensure order is fully captured before visiting the shop.

Customers can choose this option with shipping methods as provided by sellers and pay the amount through phone to phone app and placed orders shall be delivered to customer as per chosen shipping methods. A mail with placed order details will be sent to customer.

Though the order is placed and payment is made using this payment method the order remains in "Not charged" and "unfulfilled" to the customer for both self-pickup and shipped to home methods. Seller will be realizing the payment received which customer has made and shall be moving the order to captured if the amount received on his Paytm app. Seller moves the order to Fully Charged. Customer can see this status in the mail that has been received.

If the order needs shipping, seller will pack it and hands it over to appropriate courier agent and updates the tracking number for the order and a mail also will be sent to the customer so that it can be tracked for appropriate deliver date from the appropriate courier websites.

Order that has been shipped includes the shipment packaging weight also as a total weight of the order.


PayTm Gateway:

Customers can choose this as an option for following

Customers can choose this option for self-pickup and pay the amount through payTm gateway which is an ONLINE payment. Customer can visit the shop with a planned time after payment and pick up the order there itself. Upon payment order shall move to Fully Charged and unfulfilled. For faster pickup it is advised to visit as per already planned time. Ensure order is updated to fulfilled by seller.

Customers can also choose this option with shipping methods as provided by sellers and pay the amount through paytm gateway and placed orders shall be delivered to customer as per chosen shipping methods. A mail with placed order details will be sent to customer.

Though the order is placed and payment is made using this payment method the order remains in "Fully charged" and "unfulfilled" to the customer for both self-pickup and shipped method chosen.

PayTM gateway fee is collected from the customer on payTM portal additionally as their gateway processing fees as follows additionally ( note that this can bound to change with prior notice as per PayTM).

0.40% of the transaction amount when the transaction amount is less than equal to Rs.2000 ( for all Cards except Rupay cards)

0.90% of the transaction amount when the transactions amount is more than for >2000 ( for all Cards except Rupay cards)

0.0% of any transaction amount ( for Rupay Cards)

Commission for Credit card 1.99 %

Commission for NB 1.99%

Commission for Corporate & Prepaid

card 2.99 %

Commission for Diners 2.99 %

Commission for Amex 2.99 %

Commission for Paytm Wallet 1.99%

Cancellation:

Order placed through MTRESAIL can be cancelled through the following conditions. Users have to inform the MTRESAIL about cancellation by calling MTRESAIL contact number and forward the "to be cancelled mail order" sent to his mail id to support@mtresail.com. MTRESAIL's associated seller will cancel the order and inform the user with a mail reply. Order cancellation will be done with the following conditions. However, MTRESAIL associated seller is having full rights to stop cancellation of orders.

1. Once the order is shipped cannot be aborted and cannot be cancelled.

2. If the order has any food preparation related which are prepared those order cannot be cancelled.

3. If there is a genuine reason which satisfies the MTRESAIL's associated seller can be cancelled.


Refunds:

For any unexpected situations like floods, bunds, long time power failure, death of politician/film personalities, terror attacks, riots, earthquakes, etc.

1. If the order is delayed in deliver, MTRESAIL or it's associated Seller will not refund the money.

2. Service charges and gateway charges will be deducted from the refund money. Only order amount will be refunded.

Guest User:

Guest login user will not have order history.

Mail with Order details will be sent which will have details of the order.


Sellers:


MTRESAIL promotes sellers to reach larger customer base based on their business needs.

MTRESAIL brings ease of doing diverse quantity based business with a focus on click away and moving business on mobile or computer enabled gadgets.

It is Sellers responsibility to ensure payment is realized before marking it as fully captured in case of OFFLINE payment method.

MTRESAIL does not have any intervention of sellers Tax liabilities of their shops and Trades as it is a promotional partner only.

Sellers are required to abide to the terms and conditions of the customer of MTRESAIL as well.

It is strictly expected to meet the customer satisfaction for the products that have been delivered as mentioned in the product list of their organizations in the MTRESAIL portal.

Payments to the Sellers shall be made after two weeks of order is delivered if the customer payments are collected by MTRESAIL payment gateways.

Payments to the MTRESAIL shall be made after one week of order is delivered if the customer payments are collected by Sellers payment gateways.

If order is cancelled or refunded up on customer not satisfied MTRESAIL processing fee shall be paid for that order and cannot be refunded to Sellers.

Customer cancellation discretion is seller responsibility with a moto of customer satisfaction first.

If a seller has repeated cancellations MTRESAIL reserves all rights to block list them on their portal.


Others:


Any orders from the government and its offices relating to the order booking will be applicable after we receive the orders from the authorities or from the seller people, advance booking done for the order applicable date will not be affected by the order.

By accepting the above terms and conditions, you are allowing MTRESAIL and its associated companies to use your mail id and/or mobile number to be used to send order booking related information and/or order booking/product related promotional mails, SMSs and whatsup messages.
